Reports are required for each issue from every member of the Region Two Command Staff, every Region Two Zone Coordinator, every Region Two Department, and the SFMC Second Brigade.

Articles on any subject may be submitted by any member of STARFLEET Region Two. Preferred file formats are plain text or HTML. Microsoft Word compatible will do in a pinch. Images must be JPG, GIF, or PNG at 72-100 dpi, captioned, credited, cropped, sized and sent as attachments, not embedded in the file. All Submissions are to be made to Fleet Captain Ralph Planthold, Region Two Chief of Communications.
